The Administrator will be responsible for processing referrals in a timely manner, ensuring personal identifiable information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
As a very busy service the team administrator will need to multitask, make calls, answering incoming calls, arrange appointments and create correspondence. They will need to be an excellent communicator maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
They will need to have a flexible approach providing support to the multidisciplinary team and working with a client group with mental health problems. There will be client and carer telephone contact, therefore good communication skills are essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the Team at Trafford Talking Therapies. You will be part of a team of administrators providing an administration service to service users, clinicians and other health professionals.
The Team Administrator will be responsible for processing referrals in a timely manner, to ensure all personal information recorded accurately and confidentially.
Answer incoming calls in to the service, arrange appointments, and complete general correspondence letters.
The post holder will provide an administrative function to all the clinical team, answer high volume calls on a daily basis as well as complete administrative tasks.
You will also be expected to complete other administrative duties.
