Our senior support workers will participate in a planned induction and supernumerary period where you will work alongside a buddy.

- 12 shifts per month in contrast to 13 shifts in NHS for full-time employees
- Salary increments scale similar to NHS
- Enhanced pay for unsocial hours and overtime
- Pay matched to closest current increment with NHS
- Generous annual leave entitlement (matched to current length of service with NHS up to a maximum of 40 days)
- Ability to provide 1:1 care in a more relaxed and homely environment
- Opportunities for further learning and development
- Access to a range of tools to support wellbeing
- The opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary team which includes volunteers
- Free on-site parking.
About You
- Experience working with children with complex care needs, or can evidence relevant experience (for example, working with adults in palliative care, working in hospice environment or ASN team)
- Ideally educated to SVQ level 3/HNC in a Health, Social or Child Care or can evidence equivalent experience
