Teaching Personnel are working alongside a special educational need school that is based in the Brighton area. The school are looking to recruit educators who have a background in foster care, a lot of the pupils who attend the school struggle with their behaviour due to challenging upbringings. It’s important that you have a calm but positive domineer as well as being able to build rapport with the pupils who attend the school.


About The School


The school cater for both primary and secondary aged pupils who have a range of needs: PMLD, ASC, SEMH and ADHD. The school have wonderful facilities for the pupils that attend as well as a specialist curriculum that provides that additional academic support that the pupils require.


About The Role


The chosen educators will be expected to support the pupils on both a 1:1 and small group basis. You must be a reliable strong role model for the pupils as they will require support throughout the school day. You will be supporting the pupils in class, in-between classes and on school outings.


Additional Information


DBS – Child Only Enhanced DBS

Contract – Temp to Perm

Hours – 8:30am – 15:30pm

Pay - £85 - £95 per day

Experience - Foster Carer

SEN – ADHD, ASC, PMLD
