Field Care Supervisor – Make a Real Difference Every Day

💛 Caring for Clients: You’ll assess individual needs, create thoughtful care plans, and make sure every person we support receives the highest standard of care.

💛 Supporting Your Team: You’ll guide and uplift our care staff, providing supervisions, carrying out spot checks, and being the person they can turn to for advice and encouragement.

💛 Ensuring Excellence: You’ll help maintain a safe, effective, and high-quality service by keeping a watchful eye on compliance and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

✔️ Experience & Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and hands-on experience in domiciliary care.

✔️ A Strong Skill Set: You understand what great care looks like and know how to create thoughtful care plans, assess service user needs, and communicate with warmth and clarity.

✔️ A Practical Approach: A full, clean UK driving license, access to a car for work, and the ability to travel within 30 minutes of Bromley.

Qualifications:
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 5 in Health and Social Care: Level 3 might be sufficient for some roles, but a Level 5 qualification is often preferred for supervisory positions.
- First Aid and Medication Administration Training: Certification in first aid and understanding medication handling can be beneficial.
- Enhanced DBS Check: Required to ensure the safety of vulnerable individuals.
