The Care Home Administrator role at Avery Healthcare involves supporting the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Pemberley House Care Home in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The role includes responsibilities such as data collection for invoicing, following up on non-payment of fees, payroll administration, and providing clerical support to the General Manager.
As the Care Home Administrator, your focus will be to support the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home. Responsibilities include collecting data for invoicing, following up on non-payment of fees, compiling payroll information, and providing clerical support to the General Manager and other staff. You will need to be well-organised, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with a minimum of three years of business administration experience and strong computer and interpersonal skills.
