You will be answering a range of queries from our service users, both digitally, over the phone and face to face. Building up your skills and knowledge to enable you to deliver a range of face to face and virtual training sessions. That will enable our users to deliver an excellent level of patient centred care.

Your role will be varied, challenging in parts, but an exciting opportunity for you to develop your interpersonal skills, training knowledge and skills.
