We Are Looking For a Highly Motivated And Unique Individual To Play An Essential Part In Leading Alzheimer Scotland’s National Support Services. The National Support Services Lead Will Support The Head Of National Support Services To Manage And Deliver The National Support Services Portfolio. This Includes:

  • 24-Hour Freephone Dementia Helpline
  • National Dementia Advisor Service
  • Dementia Safeguarding (Return Discussions, Herbert Protocol, Safe Connect)
  • Counselling Service
  • National Digital Service

We are there to ensure that nobody faces dementia alone. Our National Support Services plays an essential part in striving to achieve this. The National Support Services Lead is an exciting opportunity to lead and further develop a team of highly skilled staff and volunteers committed to supporting people living with dementia and their families.

Successful applicant will care deeply about improving the quality of life of people impacted by dementia. You will demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills and understand the nature and experience of dementia.
