  • The role of Quality Assurance is to interview staff, challenge knowledge, record and submit written returns.
    • Have previous experience in quality assurance
    • Possess strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining quality standards.
    • A strong grasp of written and spoken English
    • Capture, record and identify monitoring points in the process.
    • Interpretation of all results, against requirements
