A great opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join our Family Support Team here at St Gemma's Hospice. It is part-time position of twenty three and a half hours.

The Social Worker role is to provide a comprehensive service to patients, families and carers to offer pre bereavement support. Our Social Workers work within a multidisciplinary team setting based at the hospice and are also required to work in the community.
