As A Receptionist, You Will Be Required To.
- Efficiently check guests and groups in and out, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maximise room sales and promote the hotel's food and beverage facilities.
- Provide guests with detailed information about all hotel products and services.
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems is preferred.
- cash transactions, including balancing floats accurately.
- Answer telephones, take messages, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Assist and support other front office staff as needed to maintain smooth operations.
