In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide essential administrative support within our busy Stroke Department. Your responsibilities will include managing patient data, interacting with patients, and contributing to a seamless, high-quality service. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to both multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams. Your responsibilities will include managing clinic information, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and retrieving patient data through the EHRS system (Epic) and SSNAP. You will address queries from patients, other departments, and external contacts with professionalism and efficiency.

A key part of your role will be to support the clinical team during weekly Neurovascular multidisciplinary meetings, including taking detailed minutes and maintaining an action tracker. You will also contribute to the achievement of UCLH's top ten objectives and uphold our Trust values, behaviours, and standards.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the adaptability to work both independently and collaboratively.
