Job Description


  • Acknowledge all client inquiries and resolve in a professional courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate logs of deliveries
  • Follow instructions, write short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co:workers, and/or supervisor
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance
  • Assist with the onsite logistics and facilities maintenance function
  • Assist accurate stock records and assist with queries
  • Operate the main reception. Booking in visitors and informing hosts of their arrival


Essential Skills


  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job:related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
