Please note that we pay separate travel time, mileage, and holiday pay. This is in addition to your hourly rate. A full breakdown of your pay is always provided.
£12.60ph Weekdays
£12.90ph Weekends
Enhanced bank holidays rates up to £25.20ph
Increased pay rates after 12 months service
PAID travel time (Paid at £12.21ph)
Paid mileage (45p per mile)
FREE DBS
28 days holiday per year, pro rata
Comprehensive Induction leading to ‘Care Certificate’
Blue Light Discount Card – Online & high street discounts
Free Uniform & PPE
£300 Refer a friend scheme (T&C’s apply)

As a Care Assistant you will provide care & support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes allowing them to remain as independent as possible as an alternative to residential care. Typical responsibilities include helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompting, attending appointments, companionship and supporting a clean home environment.
We also warmly welcome people with previous healthcare assistant, carer and/or support worker experience.
