Main duties of the jobTo effectively deliver fundamental Dental care to the patients, ensuring it is evidence based and maintained to a high standard, working in partnership with the patient and family.The Dental Nurse will act in liaison with and in support of the Consultants in Orthodontics, Paediatric Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery in their role of delivering high quality clinical services. The post may have a requirement to work within other Outpatient services if required. The job primarily involves working with patients born with cleft lip & palate across sites providing orthodontic nursing support, at Birmingham Children's Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Good Hope Hospital , currently the adult service is based at Solihull and will move back to good hope end of the year.
