Pro rata of £23,151 per annum (i.e. £11,287) *

8 hours per week, 36 working weeks per year

12.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As our Receptionist at our Brighton MET Brighton Central Campus, you will provide exceptional customer service and liaise with internal and external customers, providing first line advice and information on general course enquiries in person and on the telephone. Our Receptionist will also operate the visitors procedure, including the issuing of visitor badges.

As the role involves dealing with students and staff, our Receptionist will have proven communication skills, as well as excellent customer care skills. You will also be efficient in carrying out administrative tasks in a busy environment.
