A new opportunity for a Clinical Service Manager has become available at a respected care home in Pulborough, West Sussex, focusing on providing high-quality care to residents with various personal needs, including dementia, disabilities, and sensory impairments. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin and will take on responsibilities such as leading a team to deliver exceptional care, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing financial performance and occupancy levels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including CQC and NMC guidelines.
