West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Resident Doctor (ST3) in Care of the Elderly to start as soon as possible. This full-time role involves providing care for general inpatients across Care of the Elderly wards, including rotations to the Orthogeriatric Ward, with support from Specialty Doctors and daily consultant ward rounds. The Resident Doctor will be responsible for organizing consultant ward rounds, reviewing patients, leading multidisciplinary teams in consultant absence, and supporting junior doctors in elderly medicine.
