We are looking for Day Care Assistants to join our team at Blatchington Manor, our specialist dementia care, residential home
Hours: 18 hrs per week
Week 1
Tuesday – 8am to 8pm
Wednesday – 8am to 2pm
Week 2
Wednesday – 8am to 2pm
Saturday – 8am to 2pm
Sunday – 8am to 2pm

As a Care Assistant You Will Be
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

Package
- £12.30 p/h weekdays £12.92 p/h Weekends rising to £12.70 p/h and £13.34 p/h - Payrates are currently under review
