The Role
Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of clinicians, enabling clinicians to operate effectively and efficiently. Work in accordance with standard operating procedures.

What we'll need you to bring
- SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) plus at experience in healthcare administration or experience in a secretarial role
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Evidence of effective team working and dealing with change
- Evidence of strong communication skills with patients, clinicians and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Evidence of strong competence with relevant IT systems
- Audio typing skills
It would be great if you also have
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or a secretarial role
- Able to modify and adapt communication style when communicating with patients, clinicians and colleagues.
