The role of Assistant Patient Administrator at Fernie Brewing Company in London involves providing high-quality administrative support within the Antenatal Clinic and occasionally at the Birth Centre. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and empathetic individual committed to delivering safe and compassionate healthcare. Responsibilities include checking patients in for their appointments, scheduling future appointments, offering excellent customer service, and supporting a diverse clinical team in line with the Trust's values.

The Assistant Patient Administrator will also assist with filing paperwork, answering phones, and ensuring adherence to trust-wide operating procedures. The position requires flexibility as the post holder may need to provide cover across various areas within the Maternity Team, with the expectation of maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Work may include covering shifts at multiple sites and is subject to a six-month probation period.
