The role of Team Senior Carer at Belong Atherton involves providing person-centered care, particularly for older individuals with dementia, in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include personal care, medication management, cooking, and maintaining care plans, alongside supervising and deputizing for the Lead Senior Support Worker. Ideal candidates should have experience in elder care and possess either a care certificate or NVQ Level 2.
