The Clinical Support Worker will work under the supervision of the Specialist Registered Nurse for Mental Health (RMN) to provided enhanced care for patients with mental health needs or cognitive impairment.
In addition to an internal Occupational Health department, all staff also have access to free psychological support through our confidential Employee Assistance Programme which is available to staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Onsite parking is available for a small administration fee.

- Supporting patients with cognitive impairment or mental health needs whilst in hospital
- Providing enhanced care observations
- Working collaboratively with the acute health care teams to ensure patients needs are met
