NHS Grampian is seeking a full-time Therapeutic Activities Clinical Support Worker for the Ashcroft Ward in Inverurie, a dementia assessment ward with 10 beds. The position requires a motivated individual who can organize and deliver therapeutic activities tailored to patients with dementia, who may exhibit behavioral and psychological symptoms. Although this is a full-time role (37 hours per week), a job share arrangement will be considered for suitable candidates.

The ideal applicant should possess a genuine interest in working with dementia patients and be capable of providing engaging activities that enhance their well-being.
