CrossReach is seeking a dedicated Care Worker in Falkirk to provide essential support and care to older individuals. The role involves developing and reviewing care plans, assisting with personal and intimate care, aiding in the use of equipment, and collaborating with health professionals. Care Workers are expected to support both mental and physical activities, maintain a safe and comfortable environment for service users, monitor their nutritional needs, and respond to emergencies. Candidates should ideally be working towards or hold an SVQ 3 in Social Care and possess basic computer skills, along with a respect for Christian values.
The position requires working on a rota that includes weekends and evenings, while adhering to health and safety regulations and CrossReach policies.
