RECRUITMENTiQ is partnering with a prominent UK charity that supports individuals with acquired brain injuries, autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. They are looking for a Rota Coordinator in Glasgow to provide essential administrative support for staff rotas, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling for services. The role involves developing shift patterns, maintaining communication regarding shifts, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to meet rehabilitation program needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, experience in developing staff rotas, and excellent communication abilities. The position requires proactive workload management and record-keeping for absences and annual leave, working weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
