NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse for the role of Assistant Clinical Educator in Glasgow, focused on developing teaching skills within the critical care environment. The position involves supporting nursing staff in Intensive Care and High Dependency Units by enhancing their knowledge and skills, recognizing training needs, and facilitating competency-based training for newly qualified practitioners and support staff. The role requires collaboration with the Clinical Education team and management to ensure educational opportunities align with staff development needs.

Candidates should possess an ordinary level degree in nursing or healthcare and demonstrate progression in critical care nursing, with a preference for those holding a post-registration qualification in the field. Experience in bedside teaching and supporting new staff in critical care settings is essential.
