N. Notaro Homes Ltd is seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join their team at Casa di Lusso, an 88-bed Dementia Nursing Home in Bridgwater. This role offers both day and night positions, ranging from 23 to 48 hours per week, with shifts running from 07:45-20:00 or 19:45-08:00, including alternate weekends. The Care Assistant will provide essential support to residents, ensure quality care through adherence to care plans, assist with personal care, support mealtimes, and utilize specialized equipment, while also documenting all tasks performed. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £12.15 per hour, with an additional £2 per hour for overtime, along with a comprehensive induction, training opportunities, and additional employee benefits.
