Bupa Dental Care is the leading provider of dentistry in the UK, providing dental services in 400 practices across the UK and Ireland .
The Head of Transformation will set up and lead the Bupa Dental Care (BDC) Transformation team on a day-to-day basis and execute its responsibilities. The role will lead the transformation portfolio, ensure successful execution of BDC’s major strategic initiatives, and build the transformation muscle across the teams, enabling the business to achieve its growth ambitions.
