What We Need From You

We want people who are as passionate about making a difference as we are. As a Community Worker, you’ll be supporting clients in their homes, providing everything from companionship and personal care to medication assistance and helping with day-to-day tasks. Your role is to enhance their quality of life and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need

• Aged 18 or Over and eligible to work in the UK
• A Full UK Driving License with access to a car (mileage expenses reimbursed up to 45p per mile!)
• A Love for Helping People – Whether you’re listening to someone’s story or supporting them through a tough time, your compassion will shine.
• A Good Standard of English – Communication is key, and you’ll be great at it!
• An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
