Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the Hammersmith Hospital Specialist Medicine Directorate at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
The post is responsible for the effective provision of administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth running of the Endocrinology and Diabetes services at St Marys Hospital. The post holder will also be expected to support the rest of the secretarial team on Charing Cross and Hammersmith site as and when required.
Previous knowledge of 18 weeks RTT performances is essential and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff from multi-disciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will have to demonstrate their experience in organising and prioritising workloads. Successful candidates will be supported with their learning and development.

Main duties of the job
- Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the designated department and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department. Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants and GPs.
- To participate fully as a team member, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues to promote a cohesive team and the achievements of team objectives.
