The Deputy Patient Pathway Manager at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of outpatient waiting lists, health records, and patient access to appointments within the Patient Pathway team. This role involves maintaining the outpatient clinics on the Patient Administration System, managing the appointments system, preparing health records for clinics, and providing reception support across the Trust.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing performance and access targets, particularly related to patient pathways and waiting lists. The position is full-time and fixed-term for six months, offering a salary range of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum.
