Job Summary
The Patient Pathway team provides high quality services consisting of managing outpatient waiting list performance, health records management, patient access to outpatient appointments and information governance that support HDFT's short and long-term planning process and meet the needs of the Trust, Monitor, Department of Health and Local Health Community. The team is responsible for:
Maintaining Outpatient clinics on the Patient Administration System
Managing the appointments system
Preparing health records for outpatient clinics
Providing reception cover for key desks across the Trust
