The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking qualified social workers for its Hospital social work team based at Kings College Hospital. Two positions are available: one full-time (35 hours per week) and one part-time (21 hours per week). The role involves providing strength-based preventative support to Lambeth residents admitted to various hospitals, facilitating timely discharges, conducting assessments for adults with physical health disabilities, and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment and possess experience working with vulnerable populations.
