Join our dedicated Women’s Health Research team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) as a Band 3 Team Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, detail-oriented administrator to play a vital role in groundbreaking research that benefits women’s health. You will be engaging with a diverse array of studies, performing essential administrative tasks—from maintaining site files and recording recruitment accurately to generating progress reports and supporting data collection.

As part of a collaborative team, your responsibilities will include coordinating team meetings, managing enquiries, and assisting in recruitment and sample processing. Strong IT and communication skills are a must, as you will be working independently while also embracing teamwork. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our research is delivered safely and efficiently, all in line with UK research legislation and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
