Sodexo Live! is seeking a Staffing Admin Assistant to join their team at the American Express Stadium in Brighton, supporting hospitality for Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club during match days and events. The role requires a motivated and organized individual passionate about staffing and HR, as they will assist in recruitment, planning, and roster management using the Humanforce Time and Attendance system. Key responsibilities include communicating essential information to staff, facilitating onboarding and payroll processes, and fostering relationships with managers and agency partners.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience in the event or service industry, as well as staffing or HR roles, is desirable but not essential.
