The Social Care Community Partnership (TSCCP) is seeking a Digital Recruitment Coordinator Apprentice in Aberdeen. This full-time role involves a range of responsibilities including placing job adverts, managing the IQX Database for candidate applications, organizing interviews, onboarding new staff, and preparing documentation with Microsoft 365. The apprentice will also assist candidates in their registration processes and collaborate with consultants to enhance the company's online marketing presence. The position offers a salary of £14,000 to £15,500, with the potential to increase to £21,000 upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, which provides significant opportunities for career progression in recruitment.

Duties
- Placing adverts on our ‘Healthier Business Reference’ portal
- You will learn to become a super used on our IQX Database and Zebra
- Organising interviews, providing feedback, and onboarding new colleagues
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates using the IQX database and 3CX telephone system
- Preparing candidate documentation and correspondence using Microsoft 365 and Outlook. You will also use DocuSign to submit candidate details in our portal
- Assisting candidates to register with SSSC/HCPC, answering incoming calls, signposting calls to relevant consultant and taking messages
- Working alongside consultants and managers to develop electronic marketing material
- Exploring use of mediums such as FB, Twitter and Linked In to enhance and grow our business
- Take ownership of office requirements such as stationary, organising tradesmen, filing invoices and purchase orders
