Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the New Hospital Programme Team leading the delivery of the new Frimley Park Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative healthcare infrastructure project, ensuring the smooth coordination of high-level operations and decision-making processes.
This role requires an experienced PA with exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with senior leaders, project teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of this major redevelopment
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide the full range of Personal Assistant and Secretarial support to the Programme Director, Deputy Programme Director and workstream Directors, including diary management, correspondence management, organising and planning meetings and events, and anticipating and planning effectively for future.
The post holder will assist the Programme Director and workstream Directors by making decisions at a relevant level, ensuring appropriate action, thinking ahead, anticipating problems and issues and solving these. The post holder will encounter a wide range of people at all levels, both within and outside of the Trust, and will need to demonstrate an understanding of how to work in a complex political environment. The post holder will need to be capable of working unsupervised, be responsible for and carry out tasks on their own initiative.

- Advanced level user of Microsoft Office products [Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook]
- Degree level of education or relevant professional experience
Essential criteria
- Supporting formal meetings, drafting agendas, and producing formal minutes.
- Dealing with a range of people at all organisational levels.
- Experience of working at Director level
- NHS experience.

- Minute taking skills, including transcribing, and producing formal minutes and identifying follow up actions from them, where appropriate, undertaking the follow up action
- Understanding of how formal committees work
- Strong organisational skills and an aptitude for forward planning, with an ability to prioritise.
