Damira Dental Studios in the West Midlands is seeking an Apprentice Dental Nurse to join their team dedicated to providing high-quality NHS and private dental care. The role involves supporting practice clinicians with a variety of duties including patient interactions at the reception, managing appointment bookings, maintaining patient records, and preparing and sterilizing equipment. As part of a structured apprenticeship, candidates will receive on-the-job training and classroom learning aimed at achieving a Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship Standard, along with qualifications in English and Maths.

This apprenticeship offers a valuable pathway to a career in dental healthcare, preparing participants for registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) as qualified dental nurses. The program combines practical experience with online study and weekly teaching sessions, enabling future career advancement into roles such as dental therapist or hygienist. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Reception including answering the phone and greeting patients

Dealing with patient queries

Cleaning dental areas including chairs

Managing stock of equipment and supplies
