ZEST Dental Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a full-time position in Bracknell, Berkshire
The role offers a salary of up to £35,000 (negotiable) and requires the candidate to be a CQC Registered Manager with a strong background in dental practice management
Key duties include managing operational activities, overseeing team performance and clinical compliance, and driving business growth in a fully equipped multi-surgery practice with a large patient base
Candidates should possess commercial acumen, HR procedural knowledge, and be strong team players
