The Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Psychologist to join their pediatric team in Gloucester. The role involves providing high-quality psychological care to children and young people with long-term health conditions, conducting clinical risk assessments, and performing specialist clinical interventions within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT). The successful candidate will also offer consultation and training to various professionals, contribute to service development, and engage in quality improvement initiatives. Collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other health professionals is essential, and the role emphasises the importance of incorporating the “voice” of the child into personalized care planning.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the position provides opportunities for professional development through the service's ties to training programs and a strong research network.
