The role
The University is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Catering department and support the team in all aspects of administration associated within the Catering service including communication with students, staff and visitors to the University.
Key Requirements
The post holder will have experience of working in an administrative role and be IT literate with good typing skills. They will be confident using a range of programmes including email, word, presentations, spreadsheets and social media. The successful candidate will have problem- solving skills and be able to come up with creative solutions to issues. It is also necessary for the post holder to be able to work independently and adapt to business needs and issues as they arise in a timely manner.
