The NHS Grampian is seeking an Estates Officer (Band 7) to oversee operational maintenance activities, primarily focusing on ventilation and mechanical systems, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and other facilities within NHS Grampian. The role requires managing multi-discipline maintenance teams, covering for absent colleagues, and ensuring the effective maintenance of mechanical plant and systems. Candidates should hold an HNC/HND or equivalent, ideally with a relevant apprenticeship, and possess strong management experience. A full driving license is required, and the post includes participation in a 24-hour on-call rota.
