The Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join the Worthing Central Primary Care Network, working 30 hours per week. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the community, including managing diabetes, wound care, palliative care, and bladder and bowel management, while collaborating with local health and social service providers. The position is ideal for both newly registered and experienced nurses looking for a diverse and rewarding opportunity in community nursing, with a focus on rehabilitation and supporting self-management among patients.
