Job description
Service User & Carer Engagement Co-ordinator will take lead responsibility for the involvement of service users and carers within the Specialist Learning Disability Services within the Secure Care Division of Mersey Care.
The role will ensure that involvement is meaningful, appropriate and representative of all service users and carers working towards co-production of the new unit and how services are run within it
To co-ordinate and support all aspects of Triangle of Care self-assessment and action planning across the Secure Care Division so as to ensure that all targets are met and all reporting duties are discharged.
To extract, analyse and interpret data from various sources so as to support the performance analysis and reporting with regard to service user and carer experience.
To co-ordinate the production, validation and submission of regular performance and commissioning reports relating to the monitoring and improvement of service user and carer experience; ensuring that data is accurate and of high quality and the deadlines are met.
To co-ordinate and respond to ad hoc requests for information regarding service user and carer experience.
To advise and support wards and teams on the use of performance information and to work with teams to promote accurate and timely recording of data, highlighting any data quality issues that may arise.
To support the Division in the development of team/ward-level performance assurance frameworks relating to patient and carer surveys as well as the Triangle of Care.
