MBR Dental Recruitment is seeking a Locum Dentist to join a dental practice in Bournemouth, Dorset, on a temporary basis, either full or part-time. The position is available immediately and will continue until a permanent dentist is hired. The practice operates Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and offers flexibility in scheduling. Key responsibilities include providing general dentistry and services like Invisalign, whitening, and composite bonding. The practice supports its dentists with a hygienist, therapist, practice manager, and qualified nurses, and is equipped with digital X-rays and rotary endo. A competitive day rate or payment per UDA is offered, along with a 50% split on private revenue, in a mixed practice setting with strong demand for private services.
