The role of All Age Continuing Care Assurance Manager within NHS England's North East and Yorkshire All Age Continuing Care Team involves driving transformation and ensuring value for money in the planning, commissioning, and delivery of services by Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). The position requires deep expertise in NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and related policies, enabling the post holder to effectively communicate and collaborate at a high level. The overarching goal of the organisation is to improve service quality, enhance health outcomes, and reduce health inequalities across the region while supporting a positive work environment and fostering the necessary skills and innovation among the healthcare workforce.
