Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Live-In Carer to provide support for a lovely lady living with progressive Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and experienced in providing care for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
Support mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
Administer medication and manage health care routines as prescribed.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Engage in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being and social interaction.
Monitor and document changes in health and behaviour reporting to healthcare professionals as necessary.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
Qualifications
Previous experience in live-in care or caregiving, especially for individuals with MS or similar conditions.
