Belong is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker in Newcastle-Under-Lyme to enhance the quality of life for older individuals in their homes, particularly those living with dementia. The role involves providing personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and facilitating outings, with no prior experience or qualifications required—only a caring attitude and willingness to learn.
