MBR Dental Recruitment is seeking an Associate Dentist for a permanent part-time position at a well-established independent dental practice in Rugeley, Staffordshire. The role offers flexibility with 2-3 days per week available, and surgery hours include Monday and Tuesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The practice provides a competitive earning potential with a 60:40 income split from NHS and private work, a flexible UDA allocation of 1600-2100 at £14 per UDA, and a 50/50 split for private fees.
Candidates will work with an established patient list in a family-oriented practice that boasts modern facilities, including digital X-rays and an iTero scanner. The practice has a supportive environment ideal for junior dentists, and all applicants must be GDC registered, with an active performer number and valid DBS check. The practice is conveniently located within 30 minutes’ drive from major towns, making it easily accessible for potential candidates.
