MSI UK is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join their team in Hove, focusing on delivering personalized sexual and reproductive healthcare. This full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) offers a salary ranging from £25,059.10 to £27,565.01, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks, including phone consultations, data processing, record management, and client communication.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to empower clients in their reproductive choices.

What is a Client Care Coordinator?
Putting client-centred care into practice requires the backing of the whole organisation, we are looking for a passionate and committed Client Care Coordinator to join our team within our Hove treatment centre. Working within our Hove centre, you will be joining a friendly team of colleagues who empower our clients to make reproductive choices that are right for them.
The Client Care Coordinator role is made up mainly Administrative tasks which can include carrying out Phone Consultations, data processing, record archiving, reception desk management and liaising with clients during their care with MSI UK. This list is not exhaustive and progression opportunities are based on competencies. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be provided with bespoke training, tailored to equip you in assisting with safe and effective abortion care to our clients.
