As One Of Our Staff Nurses, You Will Lead The Team, And Will Be Involved In Continuous Assessments, Planning And Evaluation Of The Residents’ Needs And Wishes
- Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents
- Overseeing all aspects of medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards
- Creating and carrying out treatment plans
- Offering a safe, caring and stable environment to the people we support
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
- Support the Service Manager with key targets by promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner
- Support, guide, teach and mentor other members of your team
- Working individually and in partnership with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
